Beastie Boys Member Ad-Rock Rumoured to Act in New Ben Stiller Movie

Following last year's tragic passing of Beastie Boys' Adam Yauch (aka MCA), many have wondered what the remaining two members of the iconic group will get up to. For Adam "Ad-Rock" Horowitz, the answer may lie on the big screen, as the actor is rumoured to be attached to a new film.

Not just any film, however — instead, it's the latest work from celebrated American filmmaker Noah Baumbach (Kicking and Screaming, The Squid and the Whale, Frances Ha). The filmmaker is once again teaming up with Ben Stiller, who starred in his 2010 effort Greenberg, for a new film called While We're Young.

The film stars Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts as a married couple who befriend a younger couple played by Amanda Seyfried and Girls' Adam Driver. According to The Wrap [via Pitchfork], Horowitz would play one of Stiller and Watts' friends.

The whole thing hinges on whether or not Horowtiz can make some time in his schedule. Here's hoping he can, as this is a film appearance we'd love to see.
