Mike D and Ad-Rock will release their hefty 592-page Beastie Boys Book next week, and they've just revealed the star-studded cast of narrators for the audiobook version.
It will feature excerpts read by huge names from across the worlds of music, film, television and comedy, including Steve Buscemi, Tim Meadows, Bette Midler, Mix Master Mike, Nas, Jarvis Cocker, Elvis Costello, Amy Poehler, Chuck D, John C. Reilly, Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell, Maya Rudolph, Rev Run, Kim Gordon, LL Cool J, Chloë Sevigny, Spike Jonze, Jon Stewart, Ben Stiller, Talib Kweli, Wanda Sykes, Jeff Tweedy and Rachel Maddow.
That's not it, though. It also features contributions from Ada Calhoun, Bobby Cannavale, Exene Cervenka, Roy Choi, Yoshimi O, Rosie Perez, Kelly Reichardt, Nadia Dajani, Ian Rogers, Crosby Fitzgerald, Randy Gardner, Luc Sante, Kate Schellenbach, Josh Hamilton, MC Serch, Pat Kiernan, Dave Macklovitch and Philippe Zdar.
Of course, Beastie Boys themselves Michael Diamond and Adam Horovitz will also be heard throughout the narration.
