Beastie Boys

"Sabotage" (Recreated by Kids) (video)

The late MCA (aka Adam Yauch) touched many with his music, and now the younger (and we mean younger) generation is tipping its hat to the rap hero via this kids-friendly attempt at Beastie Boys' classic "Sabotage" video.

Portland filmmaker James Winters gathered up his sons and a nephew to put their own spin on Spike Jonze's '70s cop-show-styled clip. In it, they recreate certain scenes, from a drug bust that culminates in a pool dive, to a cop launching a baddie off a city bridge, with even less convincing facial hair glued to these toddler thespians. The video caps with a shout-out to Nathaniel Hornblower, Yauch's directing alter ego.
