Psychedelic surf pop legends the Beach Boys appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night (May 7) to perform three songs.
With the band's 50th anniversary reunion tour now underway, Brian Wilson and co. ran through classics "In My Room" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice," plus their new single "That's Why God Made the Radio" from the group's forthcoming album.
You can also watch an interview with Wilson and Mike Love, in which they discuss the Beach Boys' complicated harmonies and Love jokes, "We would have done simpler harmonies like the Everly Brothers, but then the Wilsons had too many kids." He goes on to praise Wilson's musical prowess, while Wilson responds with an anecdote about karate chopping Elvis.
