Best known as the keyboardist in BADBADNOTGOOD, Matt Tavares is branching off for a solo project under the moniker Matty.
On Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show yesterday (April 10), it was revealed that Tavares is currently at work on his debut album.
He also shared another snippet of his Matty project, unveiling the track "How Can He Be." It marks the second song we've heard from him, following up last year's "Embarassed."
At that time, BADBADNOTGOOD confirmed that Tavares is still a member of the band, but explained that he was taking some time off from touring with them "in efforts to explore songwriting and studio creativity."
