Jazzy Toronto trio Badbadnotgood have not yet revealed any distinct plans for a follow-up to 2012's BBNG 2, but a preview had been unleashed in the form of a new tripped-out tune titled "CS60."
The multi-patterned song begins with an ambient drone, but soon wraps arpeggio strings around a decadent and echoey snap beat. The rest of the song cascades through moments of symphonic airiness, a laid-back krautrock groove laced with bumping bass, and more chamber music-driven passages.
You can sample the genre-jumping piece down below.
The group told Complex that the track will arrive on their third full-length, which is expected to arrive sometime in the future via Innovative Leisure.
