Toronto indie rock unit Bad Girls are ready to drop a new EP called Youth Culture this coming weekend, and Exclaim! is giving you an exclusive early listen to the whole thing.
The band don't just convey "restlessness, good times, and less-than-intelligent decision-making" in their songs — they celebrate it. From the upbeat burst of opening EP cut "Try" to the fuzzed-out, fast-paced, foot-stomping finale "Body Buzz," the set crackles with energy all the way through, serving up five feel-good jams about drinking, dancing and the band's namesake.
The EP is officially out on January 23, and Bad Girls will be marking the occasion with a show at Adelaide Hall in Toronto that same evening.
You can give Youth Culture an advanced spin right now, though. Just throw on your dancing shoes and hit play below.
