Having conquered the worlds of music and local television, Hamilton multi-tasker B.A. Johsnton has announced he will be releasing a children's book.
Penned under Johnston's real name, Christian Johnston, the book is titled Gary the Seagull. It will arrive in May 2020.
The illustrations were done by Paul Hammond, and the cover image sees Gary at the beach, flying off with a jelly sandwich and a bag of chips (not a bag of Hawkins cheesies).
In the announcement post on Instagram, Johnston wrote: "I'm soon to be a published children's author for some reason. Be sure to buy a copy of Gary the Seagull for every kid you know so I can retire."
When asked in the comments where it will be available to purchase, Johnston replied, "This is a good question. It comes out May 2020. I think you can get it in stores and on interweb."
