Following last year's Selfish EP, Vancouver's B00sted has returned with his latest single for 604 Records.

The hip-hop and pop-blending "Ego Tripping" is described as "a song about not being able to do the same/put in the same amount of effort in a relationship." The romantic struggle is right there in print; the just-recently 23-year-old sings, "You say I'm ego tripping but I know / Telling me to fix it but I won't."

The artist shared of the track in a statement:

"Ego Tripping" is referring to what the other person thinks you're doing, but when really; it's a lot deeper than that. You know you've changed and feel bad for this person but can't really do anything to help the situation. I took these feelings and turned them into a Pop/Sad Rap/Hip-Hop infused track with a twist of emotions.
