Azealia Banks' record deal with Universal went sour this past winter, when the Harlem rapper begged to be released from the label following repeated delays of her album Broke with Expensive Taste. Now, Banks has got her wish.

Today (July 10) Banks revealed the big news in a series of tweets. She's clearly delighted by this development, since she wrote "Free at last" and "I'm gonna have a fresh start. I'm so excited!!!!" Read some highlights from the Twitter spree below.

This presumably means that Banks will finally be free to release Broke with Expensive Taste, which she's been talking about since early 2012. At one point she gave it a February 2013 release date, but this didn't pan out, and she threatened to leak the album this past spring.
