Azealia Banks had a very rocky lead-up to her debut album, since last year's Broke with Expensive Taste was preceded by repeated delays and a falling out with her label. Now, she's working on the follow up and it's already got a title.
In an interview with NME, the Harlem rapper revealed that the album will be called Business & Pleasure. It's half done, and it's due out in 2016. Of course, a lot could end up getting changed between then and now, so we'll have to stay tuned and see how it plays out.
In the interview, Banks claimed that she would be "hanging up my fighting gloves" and getting in less public feuds. "I'm done with that," she said. "I've done it already. You've seen me curse people out. Let's do something else now."
But in the very seem interview, she also said, "Fuck Baauer. Who gives a fuck about fucking Baauer? Seriously. Diplo had you, bro. That nigga gassed you up. He had you at the club, then he dropped you and it's like woop, nobody wants to fuck Baauer now." Old habits die hard.
