Azealia Banks Announces '1991' EP, Collaborations with Kanye West and Lana Del Rey
Azealia Banks recently signed with Universal and named her forthcoming album Broke with Expensive Taste, but before we hear that debut LP, we'll get a new EP. The buzzed-about rapper tweeted that her 1991 EP will be out on April 17.

Banks announced last Friday (March 23) that her upcoming EP would include two new cuts: "1991" and "Grand Prix." It's unclear whether these are the only two songs on the collection (making it more of a single than an EP), or if the new material will be padded with some older tunes.

Certainly, there's no shortage of new material, since Banks has some high-profile collaborations in the works that may appear on this or other releases. Yesterday (March 27), she wrote, "!!!!!! Aaaaaaaahhhh!!!! LMFAOO I just got a Kanye west beat. I'm gassed!", and on Monday (March 26), revealed, "Up working on this Lana Del Rey remix... It's gonna b tight!"

And of course there's her new Diplo-produced track "Fuck Up the Fun," which you can listen to below.
