Some parts of the world have attempted to return to some sort of "normal" after the breakout of COVID-19, with mixed results. In fact, things were almost too smooth for rapper 2 Chainz, who had to shut down his restaurant after it became too busy last week.
According to TMZ, the rapper's Atlanta eatery Escobar Restaurant & Tapas was ordered to close its doors after Georgia State Police paid a visit.
Apparently the police had driven by and noticed that "the location was rather loud, busy, and occupied to be operating as a restaurant at that time of night."
TMZ also posted some videos from the restaurant's Instagram page where people were dancing, ordering bottle service and smoking hookah, with virtually no social distancing in place.
According to police, they "spoke to the manager before shutting the location down as it was violating executive orders regarding protocol issued due to COVID-19."
Georgia's restaurant guidelines limit dine-in service to 10 people per 300 square feet of public space. This is in addition to the practice of social distancing.
