In 2013, Arts & Crafts will celebrate its 10th anniversary, and the prestigious Toronto indie label will recognize this milestone with a series of events and releases called AC10. First up for the company is the inaugural instalment of its brand new Field Trip Music & Arts Festival.

This one-day event will take place on June 8 at Toronto's Fort York and Garrison Common. The lineup is a who's who of Arts & Crafts artists, including Broken Social Scene, Feist, Bloc Party, Timber Timbre, Hayden, Cold Specks, Ra Ra Riot, Trust, the Darcys, Jason Collett, Zeus, Gold & Youth, Still Life Still and more.

Broken Social Scene's appearance is particularly noteworthy since the band went on hiatus back in 2011. This doesn't mean that the band will be launching a full-blown comeback, however, since a press release notes that this is a "one night only" return.

"Field Trip was built around the themes of discovery and community. In addition to world-class musical performances, the festival will incorporate local art, gourmet food and unique elements of Toronto's proud culture," said A&C president Jeffrey Remedios in a statement. "Field Trip is a celebration — not just of Arts & Crafts' 10-year anniversary and our artists — but of Toronto, of community and perhaps above all else, of the collaborative spirit."

Beyond Field Trip, Arts & Crafts' anniversary celebrations are set to include "events, releases and collaborations in music, fashion, photography and literature highlighting a decade of creativity and community."

Stay tuned for more updates about AC10 in 2013. You can pick up early bird tickets for Field Trip on Wednesday (January 16) for $55. Full-price tickets are $75 and go on sale on Friday (January 18). Additionally, VIP tickets are $120.

Tickets will be available from FieldTripLife.com.
