Published Oct 19, 2009Following his bout with anorexia, we learned that James Malone was using his technical death metal project Arsis to deal with some personal issues. Now, Malone has revealed all of the details for the next Arsis record.
Titled Starve for the Devil, the record is due in stores on February 9 via Nuclear Blast Records. The album was recorded with Municipal Waste/Hatebreed producer Chris "Zeuss" Harris, and features 11 songs, including the hilariously named "Half Past Corpse O'Clock."
The new record won't be the only thing keeping the metal crew busy next year, as the band have also announced a sprawling tour with Arch Enemy, Exodus and Mutiny Within. The tour, which spans the latter end of January and the beginning of February, will see the four bands hit up Canadian dates in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Edmonton.
