Architects Canadian Music Week Toronto ON, March 5 to 8

Brighton, England’s Architects were a powerhouse of technical metal during their first performance in Canada. If they continue to play every other gig like this one you can expect them to be headlining tours in no time. Guitarist Tom Searle was thundering his fret board throughout a majority of the set that featured songs from Nightmares and Ruin, their newest release. As a cohesive unit they were a fury of dismay tearing the ears of everyone in the room, and lead singer Sam Carter showed his appreciation of an attentive crowd by attacking the front row with random leaps.
