Richard D. James is set to save IDM next month with the release of a brand new Aphex Twin album called Syro. Now, we can sample two tastes of the release via some live footage.
The new tracks have arrived via Reddit, where users have determined that the songs "4 bit 9d api+e+6" and "XMAS_EveT10 (thanaton3 mix)" have previously been performed live. While the footage of the songs likely doesn't do them justice, they do offer an idea of the direction James is headed in with the new album.
