Published Dec 31, 2013A$AP Ferg is a man of many titles. On top of his official rap handle, you can also get away with calling him the Trap Lord, Fergenstein or, in the case of his latest single, "Hood Pope." A sermon-heavy set of visuals for the track will explain why.
The clip starts off with the rapper dialling into a charity infomercial apparently set in his neighbourhood, which quickly has the host's valuables getting lifted by a couple of kids. From there we see the youths running through alleys, breaking bread with other youngsters and showing off some pretty intense scars accumulated in their short, short lives.
Also seen are some purifying religious rituals, while Ferg spends his time either rolling in a jeep or delivering a half-sung service to his faithful at the playground.
