It's been a long time coming, but the wait for a new A$AP Ferg record has finally arrived. This morning (November 28), the A$AP Mob member followed up his well-loved Trap Lord LP with the new freelease, Ferg Forever.
As expected, the "This Side" collaboration with "BestCoast Connection" tourmate YG appears on the 19-song set, but the Bompton rapper isn't the only big name to appear on the mixtape.
Mississippi spitter Big K.R.I.T. helped supply a pair of numbers with his handy beatwork, while other production whizes bringing the boom include Clams Casino, Mike WiLL Made It (via a remix of Tinashe's "Thug Cry"), Childish Major and more.
Ferg is joined on the mic by fellow Mob member A$AP Nast on "NV," but the tape also does some crew-based cross-pollination by bringing out G.O.O.D. Music's Big Sean ("Ja Rule") and TDE vocalist SZA ("Real Thing"), while also finding Fergenstein working alongside veteran fast rapper Twista on "Fergsomia" and M.I.A. on "Reloaded (Let It Go Pt. 2)."
