Anti-Flag Tour To Support Youth and Homeless Shelters

BY Josiah HughesPublished Aug 27, 2008

Political punk rockers Anti-Flag have taken their share of flak since signing with RCA in the mid-2000s, but the band have continued to put their money where their mouths are. Such is the case with their upcoming Canadian tour, where the band will be teaming with HMV and Atticus Clothing to raise clothing donations for local homeless and youth shelters in each town.

At any upcoming show, the band have asked fans to bring a clean clothing donation (or a non-perishable food item for the Montreal show). Atticus Clothing will also contribute clothing to the donation in support of the plan. Fans who bring donations will receive Anti-Flag’s exclusive (and simplistically titled) 3 Song Charity Donation EP available on a download card, as well as $5 off the purchase of their new album The Bright Lights of America at HMV.

Fans can participate at any of the band's upcoming shows in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
