Even though Flea isn't really a member, Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Omar Rodríguez-López have still been attracting plenty of attention with their new band, Antemasque. Having promised that a debut album was on the way this summer, the Mars Volta members have now shared the self-titled collection in full.
The 10-track album is streaming below. All of the songs are less than five minutes long, with most of them clocking in at around three minutes of punchy riffing and yowling rock immediacy. In other words, this is a big change from the Mars Volta.
