While elements of the original track remain, clipping.'s appropriation of alt-J's moody melodies isn't exactly a remix. Frightening faux brass blasts steer and a minimal beat steer the verses, in which rhymer Daveed Diggs sketches out a character portrait of a figure whose messed-up life has led them into a lake with pockets full of rocks.
