Members of the groups Slates and These Estates have dug deep into '90s indie to form the trio Alloys, and today Exclaim! is happy to premiere their debut recordings.
The band's six frenetic and melodic tracks harken back to a time when "indie rock" meant something more than, well, whatever it means today. The songs are intricate and tightly wound, with plenty of hooks and flourishes to keep the listener paying full attention.
