If all had gone to plan, Alice Cooper would have just recently wrapped his North American tour. Instead, just like everyone else, he's been stuck at home, where he's penned a new tune called "Don't Give Up."
The song has arrived with a new, ridiculous animated video that looks like it came straight out of the Uncharted Zone. In it, Cooper and his backing band blast through a schmaltzy ballad featuring plenty of platitudes.
The track opens with Cooper delivering the following spoken-word mantra:
Yeah, I know you're struggling right now. We all are — in different ways. It's like a new world that we don't even know. It's hard to sleep…even harder to dream. But look: You've got seven billion brothers and sisters all in the same boat. So don't panic. Life has a way of surviving and going on and on… We're not fragile — and we sure don't break easy.
