Last month, rising trio Algiers announced plans to release their self-titled debut via Matador Records. To coincide with its impending arrival, the inimitable post-punk act have announced a North American tour.

The run of shows is preceded by a stint opening for a different generation of Matador post-punk as the band support Interpol throughout the United States.

When it comes time to headline their own stint, Algiers will perform throughout North American, with Canadian shows slated for Toronto and Vancouver. Check out all of Algiers' forthcoming tour dates below.

The group have also shared a stream of their album track "Black Eunuch," which pairs a soulful sing-along with some frantic guitar work and frenetic rhythms. It's unlike anything else out there right now.

Algiers will land on June 2 via Matador.
