Canadian-born R&B upstart Alessia Cara is reliving one of the worst house parties she's ever been to via a new video for her recent single, "Here."
The song, which thrives off of a mellifluous and slinky Isaac Hayes sample, has the artist saying she's sorry/not sorry for looking uninterested at a party at which she's cornered by blabbermouth stoners and other unsavoury characters. Fittingly, the video taps into the malaise, with the "anti-social pessimist" looking rather bummed as she eyeballs a crowd of gossip girls and up-chucking party dudes.
You can feel her pain by giving the video a look down below. Cara's "Here" single is available now, and an LP for Def Jam is currently in the works.
