Agoraphobic Nosebleed Kick Off EP Series with 'Arc'

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 30, 2015

Agoraphobic Nosebleed have been off the radar for the last few years, but 2016 will find Scott Hull's drum machine-driven grind project blasting its way back into our hearts in a major way. The act will kick off a four-part EP series this January via the arrival of Arc.

Relapse Records announced the EP plans today (November 30), noting that Arc lands January 22. The release is being teased as a 25-minute "sludged-fuelled feast" that finds Agoraphobic Nosebleed "sounding heavier, doomier and more destructive than ever before." You'll find a trailer that previews Arc's Southern-styled, slow-groove punishment down below.

Info on the other three EPs has yet to arrive, but its added that Relapse will also be issuing vinyl represses of the band's Frozen Corpse Stuffed with Dope and Altered States of America. The deluxe reissues will be served up as double LPs, which are being presented on various colourways and also out January 22.

You'll find details on pre-order packages for Arc and the reissues over here.

While Agoraphobic Nosebleed brought the damage on their 2011 split release with Despise You, the band have not issued a full-length release since 2009's Agorapocalypse.

Arc:

1. Not A Daughter
2. Deathbed
3. Gnaw
