Against Me! Finish Recording New Full-Length, Dub Album White Crosses

Ever since Against Me!'s 2007 major label debut, New Wave, the long-running Florida punks have been toeing the line between love and hate with fans. Fortunately, front-man Tom Gabel has kept up his work ethic, releasing a solo EP and preparing the next Against Me! record with producer Butch Vig.

Now, according to a blog update posted by Gabel on Sunday (October 18), the album is complete. "Yesterday was our last day in the studio, and today, Andrew, James and George left for Florida," Gabel wrote. "We had a drunken listening party before packing up the gear last night, 12 songs in a little over 40 minutes. We're calling the album White Crosses."

The band have yet to reveal any tracklisting or release date info for the record but if they're already at this stage in the process by October, it's not unreasonable to expect the record in the first quarter of 2010.
