BY Gregory AdamsPublished Dec 10, 2012

Right around the time that Rhymesayers rapper Aesop Rock released his Skelethon LP last summer, the hip-hop figure took his new tunes around North America on a month-long tour. His next set of dates aren't as ambitious, but fans can look forward to seeing Aesop Rock on stages again come January.

The quickie trip mostly hits the U.S. West Coast, but there is one Canadian date to report: January 26 at Vancouver's Venue. You can peep the rest of the itinerary for the tour, which will also feature Rob Sonic, DJ Big Wiz and Busdriver, down below.

Aesop Rock also recently unveiled a Zavala-delivered remix of Skelethon single "Cycles to Gehenna," which adds some extra wubby synth bass tones, keyboard solos, and flutework to the track. You can check that out at the bottom of the screen, where you'll also find a music video for the cut.

Tour dates:

1/19 Oakland CA - The Parish
1/21 Ashland OR - Ashland Armory
1/22 Bend OR- Domino Room
1/24 Portland- Roseland
1/25 Seattle WA- Neumos
