After a wild two months that saw rumours that the band were going on hiatus, singer Steven Tyler belting out Aerosmith tunes at Home Depot, Joe Perry announcing the band were looking for a replacement singer, and Tyler trying to sue him for it, the band have seemingly completely forgotten about the whole thing, and is planning a European tour for this summer.
Aerosmith announced via a video on their website that they are ready to embark on their "Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock" tour. The 23-second video features smug, grinning Steve Tyler claiming that "I just auditioned and I got the gig. We're coming your way and rocking your world! Look out, baby, 'cause here we come again."
What the hell? What happened to Perry being a motherfucker and Tyler being a rainbow? Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
