Aero Flynn

"Crisp"

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Feb 25, 2015

Reclusive Bon Iver protégé Josh Scott is set to release his debut album as Aero Flynn next month, and in anticipation of the new record, he's shared a new track called "Crisp."

As previously reported, Aero Flynn was produced with Bon Iver's Justin Vernon, and features musical contributions from Mike Noyce, Sean Carey, Rob Moose and CJ Camerieri, among others. A statement on the artist's website describes the material, saying: "It club-bangs; it psych-jams; it cathedral-shivers."

"Crisp" keeps in line with that description, starting off as a haunting folk number before shifting into a series of off-kilter, electronic rhythms and swirling, psychedelic guitar fuzz.

The record arrives in Canada on March 10 via Dine Alone. Listen to "Crisp" below.
