On October 22, Vagrant will release Rapor, the latest EP from Pat Grossi's Active Child release. Rather than wait a week, however, you can listen to the whole thing now.
The six-song EP was recorded by Grossi at his Los Angeles studio, which also happens to be called Rapor. "Inside the studio you can feel the sun pouring through the skylights and the mountains wrapping around on all sides," Grossi explained in a press statement. "They named it Rapor, Ra meaning sun and Por meaning house. Sometimes I would spend weeks alone at home writing without leaving or having visitors. It was during those periods that I realized how important that space was to me creatively. I relied on that solitude."
Aside from the artist himself, the EP features guest appearances from Ellie Goulding and Mikky Ekko. Listen to Rapor in its entirety below.
