Absolutely Free 'Absolutely Free.' (album stream)
Following the breakup of DD/MM/YYYY, some of the band members went on to form Absolutely Free. Now, their first album under the new name has arrived, as Absolutely Free. can be streamed ahead of its October 14 release on Arts & Crafts/Lefse.

The album was produced by Fucked Up's Mike Haliechuk. Note that it's not quite eponymous, since Absolutely Free. includes a period in its title.

Its eight songs are trippy and expansive, as psychedelic synth textures mingle with densely packed percussion, airy reverb and skyward-reaching pop hooks.
