Each year since 2012, the Decibel Magazine Tour has brought a host of big-name metal bands across North America. Next year will be no exception, as the details for the event's 2016 run have been announced.
Norwegian luminary Abbath will serve as the tour's headliner, performing with his eponymous band (and reportedly digging into Immortal's back catalogue). Also on the bill are Oakland metal merchants High on Fire, Ohio thrashers Skeletonwitch and Swedish death metal combo Tribulation. The lineup will be rounded out by regional openers at some stops.
The tour will last for almost a month from mid-March to mid-April. Most of the shows are in the U.S., but there are also Canadian stops in Vancouver on April 2 and Toronto on April 10.
Tickets for the shows will go on sale on November 20. There are various VIP packages available. Go here for more information.
