ABBA "Will Never Appear on Stage Again"

Despite the recent trend of former greats reuniting for the sake of more money or reliving past glories, it has been confirmed by the band's members that ABBA will not be donning those sparkly suits ever again.

While the four members of ABBA - Benny Andersson, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Anni-Frid "Frida" Lyngstad and Agnetha Faltskog - did make a special appearance together this past Friday (July 4) at the Swedish film premiere of Mamma Mia!, Bjorn recently solidified the band's stance against ever reforming.

In a recent interview with the Telegraph, Ulvaeus shot down the dreams of millions hoping the fab four would once again perform their golden greats. "We will never appear on stage again," he said. "There is simply no motivation to re-group. Money is not a factor and we would like people to remember us as we were. Young, exuburent, full of energy and ambition. I remember Robert Plant saying Led Zeppelin were a cover band now because they cover all their own stuff. I think that hit the nail on the head.”
