ABBA to Release First New Songs in 35 Years
It turns out that the musical film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again isn't the only ABBA-related release that's coming our way this year. The legendary Swedish pop combo have just announced their first new material in 35 years.

The group announced the news on Instagram, explaining that they have recorded two new songs. One of them is called "I Still Have Faith in You," and it will be performed by their digital avatars for a NBC/BBC special that will air in December.

The note, which describes the recording session as an "extremely joyful experience," is signed by all four members: Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad.

There will also be a tour, which they refer to as an "avatar tour project." This presumably refers to the VR project that the band began hinting at a couple of years ago. Stay tuned for details about the tour, and read ABBA's statement below.
