50 Cent Promises New Album

Though we're usually laughing at him, tough guy 50 Cent is easily one of the most hilarious people in the rap game. Whether he's beefing with people way more successful than him, getting paid to say "hey" or embarking on weird cross-promotion opportunities, it's at the point where we almost forgot he releases music. That will soon change, as Fiddy has promised a new release.

Over on his incredibly offensive Twitter, 50 Cent cryptically announced a new project on Wednesday (September 1). "Ok ladies and gentalmen [sic] I'm writing my new album. I will not be on twitter again till sept 6 This album will be a classic," he wrote.

While that was meant to be his last tweet, the reaction to his spelling error was overwhelming to the point where Fiddy found it necessary to defend himself. With the utmost class, he then tweeted, "Motherfuckers I know how to spell gentleman I was typing fast fuck you. sept 6 until then bitches suck deep and niggas lick the holes right."

As for the release itself, little is known about the content. Writers at AllHipHop are predicting it to be a new album called The Return of the Heartless Monster, while others suspect it will be a mixtape. AllHipHop also reports the album is out on September 6, though the tweets from 50 Cent do not indicate that's necessarily the case.
