50 Cent

"We Up" (ft. Kendrick Lamar & Kidd Kidd)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Feb 15, 2013

50 Cent's still unsure when he'll drop his guest-loaded next LP Street King Immortal. While we'll likely all be playing the waiting game for a little while yet, the rapper has uncovered another collabo from the impending set, "We Up," which features guest bars from Kendrick Lamar.

The track lifts off lightly with some atmospheric synthscaping, but soon bustles into a conga-driven backbeat as Curtis Jackson spits bars about fakers, haters and dudes who don't dress up to snuff. Later on, he cops to occasionally eating some bomb kush for breakfast.

Kendrick, meanwhile, gruffly sounds off on spending millis on Bibles, choppers and binoculars, while also admitting he follows famous people on Instagram. You can check out the track, which also includes a verse from Kidd Kidd, down below.
