Following a few early lessons, 2 Chainz and the rest of his Atlanta posse are ready to school us with the sounds of their new collaborative mixtape. While it had initially been going by the title Tru Jack City, and even features artwork replicating the movie poster to '90s gangsta flick New Jack City, the hip-hop tutorial has been delivered as T.R.U. (The Real University).
Previously premiered cuts "Road Dawg," "Trap House Stalkin'" and "Keep It 100" are all present, with 2 Chainz being joined on most of the tape by Cap 1, Skooly and Short Dawg. They're joined by even more artists, though, with Peewee Longway, Bankroll Fresh and Young Dolph popping up in a few places.
Beat-wise, the booms are brought to the table by Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, DJ Spinz and more.
