It was only a matter of time before Canadian comedy mainstay Tom Green would enter the illustrious world of VOD horror, and he's done just that with a role in the new film Bethany.
The movie was directed by James Cullen Bressack, and sees Green star alongside Shannen Doherty. It follows the creepy mishaps of a young woman who is haunted by her former imaginary friend.
"I've obviously done a lot of outrageous characters and ridiculous things in my TV show, and this is a more serious role," Green told The Hollywood Reporter.
In the trailer, available below, you'll note that Green is extremely subdued compared to his usual manic performances.
Bethany will hit VOD services on April 7.
