There were plenty of things to love about Aziz Ansari's hit show Master of None, and one of them was most certainly his character Dev's adorable friendship with Eric Wareheim's Arnold. It turns out the two almost explored their niceties further in another show.
Over on Twitter, Eric Wareheim shared the link to some test shots for a sitcom called Big Bud Lil Bud. According to Wareheim, it was a failed CBS pilot that eventually inspired Master of None.
It's hard to tell if he's being sincere or not, as the tone of Big Bud Lil Bud is much closer to Wareheim's weirdo Adult Swim work than Master of None or anything that'd ever air on CBS. Still, fans of his comedy will love the sitcom's awkward laugh track and strange humour.
