Watch Billy Corgan's 40-Minute 'Pillbox' Film

The psychedelic mini-movie is soundtracked by 'Ogilala'

The artist briefly known as William Patrick Corgan has returned to Billy, and he's attached his laidback, relatable cool guy name to a new short film.

Titled Pillbox, the 40-minute movie is soundtracked by his recent solo album Ogilala, and was co-directed by Corgan and Linda Strawberry.

"I thought it was a different approach to listening to an album, to watch it in essence with a related, albeit non-linear, silent movie. Art is art. And together the two pieces create a work unto itself," said Corgan on the film's connection to his new album.

We previously got a tease of the piece with the video clip for "The Spaniards," and the full-length version features plenty more scenes that combine old-timey film footage with bursts of psychedelic imagery.
