We've been patiently awaiting the arrival of Summer of '84, the new film by the Canadian filmmakers behind cult hit Turbo Kid. We were finally treated to a teaser trailer way back in January, and now we get a more robust taste.
Summer of '84 was directed by the team of François Simard, Anouk Whissell and Yoann-Karl Whissell, also known as RKSS. The film stars Graham Verchere, Judah Lewis, Caleb Emery, Cory Grüter-Andrew, Tiera Skovbye and Rich Sommer.
Based on its trailer, the film looks to be another retro-fitted nostalgia fest complete with plenty of familiar backdrops and suburban kids exploring on bikes.
