Apparently the force is strong with Tommy Wiseau. The enigmatic man behind The Room and the subject of James Franco's excellent new film The Disaster Artist recently received a Twitter shout-out from the Star Wars franchise, and following a response from Wiseau, some internet genius has made a mashup of The Room and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Earlier this week, Wiseau responded to the Star Wars tweet, returning the "Oh, hi, Mark" and asking for a spot in an upcoming film.
Luckily, we won't have to wait for The Last Jedi's follow-up to see that happen, because Twitter user @PistolShrimps has created a beautiful edit that combines the story of a galaxy far far away with scenes from throughout the Star Wars franchise.
Watch the hilarious clip below.
The Disaster Artist is currently in theatres, while Star Wars: The Last Jedi will hit the big screen on December 15.
