Whether you're singing pop songs in Simlish or trapping characters in swimming pools without ladders, you've likely spent some time with The Sims. Now, the long-running game franchise is becoming the subject of a new reality show.

The Sims Spark'd is a new series that will see 12 contestants compete in various challenges in the game, racing against a clock to impress a panel of three judges. News of the series was first reported by Variety.

"Since its inception, The Sims has been a groundbreaking experience, allowing players to create and virtually live out the stories they create in-game," said Lyndsay Pearson, GM of The Sims franchise and executive producer for the TV show. "That's also why this show is so exciting. We're continuing that innovative spirit, bringing our community together to compete and showcase their in-game storytelling on a reality show in an entirely new way."

The Sims Spark'd will debut on TBS on July 17. Shows will air on TBS every Friday before being launched on BuzzFeed Multiplayer the Monday after.
