The National seem to be pretty big fans of animated comedy Bob's Burgers, having celebrated the show by contributing past Thanksgiving songs, Christmas songs and bathroom songs. Now, the band have once again shown off their festive spirit by covering a song from last weekend's Thanksgiving-themed episode.
Dubbed "Give It to Teddy," the tune was initially sung by Linda on the show. Matt Berninger's husky baritone vocals and the band's melancholic, piano-driven instrumentation definitely give it a different vibe, but the heart of the message remains the same: your trash is definitely Teddy's new treasure.
