In his new movie Office Christmas Party, comedian and actor T.J. Miller once again gets into some ridiculous hijinks. That said, it turns out his real life is not that different from a big-budget comedy. For example, last night Miller was arrested for slapping his Uber driver.
According to TMZ, Miller took an Uber home from the GQ Man of the Year party. En route to his home, the two parties got into a dispute about president-elect Donald Trump. Then Miller allegedly slapped his driver on the back of the head.
Rather than take the slap in passing, the driver apparently made a citizen's arrest on Miller. The police came to the scene and took Miller into custody, but due to a lack of evidence and no injuries he was freed without having to post bail.
This is exactly the sort of thing that would happen to Erlich Bachman on Silicon Valley.
