Subway Rep Jared Fogle Edited Out of 'Sharknado 3' Following Child Porn Scandal

Former Subway representative Jared Fogle has had his name everywhere this week following an FBI raid on his home in a child pornography investigation. Fogle and Subway have cut all ties to one another, and now the TV personality has lost more work as his scenes have been cut from the forthcoming movie Sharknado 3.

As The Hollywood Reporter explains, Fogle was set to appear in SyFy's forthcoming Sharknado: Oh Hell No alongside its leads Tara Reid, Frankie Muniz and Ian Ziering. This would've marked Fogle's second appearance in the Sharknado franchise, as he also appeared in Sharknado 2: The Second One.

Due to the recent controversy, however, the SyFy producers have opted to edit Fogle out of the film, which premieres on July 22.

Jared Fogle has not been charged with anything as of yet, but the raid on his home is connected to the arrest of Russell Taylor, the former executive director of Fogle's Jared Foundation. Whether intentionally or not, the Foundation was connected to Taylor's computer. As such, the FBI raided Fogle's home.
