Zack Morris and Screech may have been onscreen besties for the better part of the early '90s, but the actors who played the iconic Saved by the Bell characters haven't spoken in 25 years.

During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Zack Morris actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar revealed that he hasn't spoken to Dustin Diamond, who played Screech, in 25 years.

Cohen asked Gosselaar when he last spoke to Diamond, and the actor replied, "1994."

The host laughed, but Gosselaar clarified that he wasn't joking, insisting, "It's the truth! I mean, I'm not making anything up."

Diamond infamously released a 2009 tell-all book called Behind the Bell, in which he alleged that there was a lot of drug use and sleeping around on the set. He later apologized to his castmates.

Later in the interview, Gosselaar also revealed that he and his castmates aren't cashing in on the residual earnings of Saved by the Bell.

"We made really bad deals," he explained. "Poor deals, back then. It is what it is. You move on, you learn."

Gosselaar's latest television project, The Passage, premieres on January 14.
