Later this month, actor and activist Rose McGowan will release her new memoir BRAVE. To discuss the project, she's announced a speaking engagement at Toronto's Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema.

On February 4, McGowan will discuss the contents of the book, which Hot Docs describes as "a pull-no punches account of the rise of a millennial icon who is determined to expose the truth about the entertainment industry."

Following the talk, McGowan will sign copies of the book. Tickets for the event are available here.

BRAVE is set to hit shelves on January 30. That same day, E! will kick off a new docuseries about McGowan called Citizen Rose.
